In our lives, there is quite a likelihood that we become victims of chance or of circumstance – in such situation we give power away without even realizing it. Think about the times when you felt that the relationships in your life were not emotionally satisfying, our social life is not as happening as would like it to be or we are not in the place in our career that we deserve.
Have you ever told yourself that you are going to start working on a new resolution to better your life, but really didn’t work towards it? How many times have you been unhappy with certain aspects of your life and swore to change those unhealthy habits, but could not follow through with your decision? What is it really that is holding you back and stopping you from being on the path to improve your life? Really, nothing. Among the teachings of the Buddha is the fact that attachment, or the desire to hold one to something or something creates feelings of want and insecurity. He also preached that the inability to let go was one of the greatest causes of human suffering. Non-attachment can give one the freedom to progress towards positivity and oneness with oneself. A sense of impermanence is important in order to let go. If we take a close look at our problems, we will see that our attachment to people, ideas and opinions are directly or indirectly responsible for our sufferings.
Loss can be a challenging time, but healing begins the minute we are ready to accept things and move on. Keeping the big picture into perspective is the biggest step to ending pain and suffering. Unfortunately, biology is stacked against us. Our mind tends to clearly remember traumatic, fearful experiences as a survival mechanism in order to avoid them in the future. But when we tap into this awareness of negative experience and consciously emerge out of your dogmatic beliefs or personal perception to undergo a powerful transformation.

Our navel chakra is the direct link to the energies of all other life forms on this planet. When our navel chakras are fully open and spinning at optimum speed, our awareness of the world around us and our infinite connection to the universe is heightened. With the coming of higher ascension energies to this planet, this chakra is attuning itself with higher vibrational energy levels. This will bring together all the beings on Earth into a communal gathering with love, trust and respect. People from all walks of life will collaborate for the greater good and see what’s best in each other.
You may come across many who are trying to move from a scarcity-based lifestyle to an abundance-based lifestyle. There are many experiences that one will go through before they reach the abundance threshold. One only needs to remember that to create abundance one has to stop thinking of scarcity and while it may not be easy it is the single most important thing to a positive life and success.
It is my firm belief that the ability to be artistic in inherent in the human DNA. Be it any form of art – painting, sculpting, dancing or writing moving music or poetry, creativity is deeply embedded in our souls. We are all creative if we try. Often, people are fascinated by an art form and have a go at it only to achieve disappointing results in the first few tries. That is only natural because creativity needs to be sharpened, honed and internalized before it can bloom into something beautiful.
